Cityhills Church was first established in Dade City, Florida in April 2009, as Renovate Church, by Pastors David & Brenda Pickerall. In 2022, with inspiration from Matthew 5:14, Renovate changed its name to Cityhills Church. The following year, a second Cityhills campus was launched in New Port Richey, Florida.
Cityhills Church is a place of refuge for the Tampa Bay area and beyond, as God has called us to renew through salvation, revive through His Word, and release His love into central Florida and wherever else God calls us.

Pastors David & Brenda Pickerall are the founding pastors of Cityhills Church in Dade City, Florida. Together they have four adult children and are very proud of them and their families.

Pastor Macy Pickerall
Associate Pastor
Pastor Macy Pickerall was born and raised in Dade City, Florida. She is an alum of Southeastern University where she obtained both her B.S. in Practical Ministries and her Masters of Divinity. Pastor Macy is also a licensed minister through the Assemblies of God.
Pastor Macy oversees ministry and leadership development at Cityhills Church. She spends time working with church leaders to advance God’s kingdom in central Florida and beyond.
She is an ENFJ, an enneagram three, and loves connecting with people. You can usually find her at a local coffee shop sipping on an oat milk latte. Ministry is her passion and she loves creating spaces where people can experience God’s power.

Children's Pastors & Young Adult Leaders
Pastors Travis and Angela Bledsoe are the City Builders Kids Pastors. They both have attended Cityhills for over 8 years. Pastor Travis graduated from Free Chapel College in 2019, and Pastor Angela graduated from Lee University in 2018. Their mission and heart is to build a firm foundation of Christ’s love in children’s hearts, so that the rest of their life they may build on the foundation and be a light to the city.

Pastors William and Kendra Steelman are the Youth Pastors at Cityhills Church. They are a young married couple and recently welcomed their first child. Pastors William and Kendra both graduated from The Ramp School of Ministry in 2019, where they received training in preaching, worship, and performing arts ministries. They both are ordained with Destiny Churches and Ministries International Apostolic Network.
Pastor Kendra is also the head of the SOZO Performing Arts Team at Cityhills Church. They have a heart to see a generation set ablaze with the love of God and to carry that flame for the rest of their lives.
